On July 21, 2023, our college celebrated Yoga Day with an inspiring program held in the college auditorium from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM. The session was inaugurated by Dr. James T. Joseph, the Principal of Sarvodaya Vidhyalaya in Nalanchira, Trivandrum.
Dr. Joseph's address set a motivational tone for the day as he shared insights about the importance of practicing yoga in our daily lives. His words resonated deeply with us, highlighting how yoga not only benefits physical health but also contributes to mental well-being and overall harmony.
Following the formal meeting, we engaged in a yoga practice session led by experienced instructors. The atmosphere was filled with positive energy as we stretched, breathed, and connected with our bodies.
