 June 5th is globally recognized as World Environment Day, a day dedicated to raising awareness and taking action for environmental protection. In line with this, the entire month of June is considered a period of focused efforts towards safeguarding our planet. Embracing this spirit, the Mathematics Association HESTIA 2022-24, in collaboration with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), organized a meaningful Seed Distribution Ceremony on June 14, 2023.

The ceremony was a simple yet powerful initiative aimed at promoting environmental consciousness among students and faculty alike. By distributing seeds, HESTIA and IQAC encouraged everyone to actively participate in the nurturing of our environment, starting from their own homes and communities.

The event underscored the importance of small actions in contributing to larger environmental goals. Each seed handed out symbolized a commitment to protecting and nurturing our natural surroundings. It was a reminder that environmental protection isn't just a one-day effort but an ongoing responsibility.
